Six Seasons Program
Six Seasons is a year long cultural fine arts program that brings ourdoor education, cultural arts, local artists to our school for our families and children. There are six semesters, each two months long, each representing one of the Six Seasons of the Wood Land Cree. There are two choices of arts classes in this semesters program. Students are sked to apply for one art class out of the two. If you can't make a particular day or for the program you have to notify Mr. Thompson or Mrs. McKenzie right away so we can get another student in your place. We will also be asking parents and extended families members of the child's family if they would like to participate in a weekend long cultural family retreat in the bush with artists, Elders and educators.
